Swift employs a flexible mix of fully automated and semi-automated wiring harness manufacturing machines, which in combination with our skilled operators enables us to deliver a broad range of local manufacturing capabilities. These capabilities allied to our long established local and offshore supply chain allows us to efficiently support our customers with reasonable lead-times and manageable batch sizes of high-quality products.

The local manufacturing capabilities include automated wire cutting, stripping and crimping for wiring harness production as well as a large range of applicators to suit the majority of commonly used terminals. To ensure the quality of our wiring harnesses and assemblies we utilise ISO9001 approved processes and controls including automated wiring harness testing machines as well as custom-made checking fixtures.
We utilise a modular production layout that allows us to quickly change between higher volume, single product manufacturing to smaller batch, simultaneous product manufacture without sacrificing quality or efficiency. 

This flexibility allows us to offer additional added value activities for our customers including but not limited to electro-mechanical assemblies, kitting of parts, re- working/modification of existing harnesses and prototyping or electrical, electronic and mechanical products.
